Nice rooms and great views from the hotel. the staff offered some good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Nice spa facilities to relax and enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.

The service was terrible during our Christmas stay. Staff was rude and uninterested in helping us with our requests.

Very small rooms for the price, very noisy rooms due to the doors banging in the building. Needed better information as a new traveller to the area as to what was around to visit and see.

The hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful pool and spa. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a picturesque location on top of a hill in the Chianti hills, providing breathtaking views.

We didn't like the kitchen. It was designed as gourmet kitchen but it was not. The tastes were so ordinary... Ordinary tastes, limited alternatives in the menu and high prices...

Surrounded by stunning views of Tuscany’s wine region, this private medieval village was an ideal location to relax and unwind. the food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and the room was well-appointed and always clean.

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. At times, we had to flag down waitstaff for service, and their level of hospitality was lacking in comparison to our previous hotel experiences.

The hotel has two great restaurants to choose from, including a Michelin-starred option located in the old olive press tower. the rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the grounds are well-maintained, with a lovely pool and easy access to nearby wineries for tastings.

The noise from nearby construction can be quite an annoyance and disrupts the tranquil atmosphere of the property.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. the luxurious amenities such as the Spa & Wellness Centre and Swimming Pool were simply amazing. the service was impeccable, making us feel like royalty. the room advantages were exclusive and exceeded our needs. the Continental Breakfast was delicious and the Coffee/Tea in the lobby was always fresh. the restaurant buffet was divine and the private facilities were superb. the location allowed us to explore the beautiful Tuscany region with ease and convenience.

The only minor issue encountered here was the slow wifi connection. this did not detract from the positive experience we had at this hotel.
